Warm, quiet and full of texture. Blocks of parallel ridges switch direction across the rug like a woven basket or a parquet floor, all inside a smooth plain border.
The pattern is carved tone-on-tone in a single warm camel, so it shows through light and shadow rather than colour. It looks beautiful on stone or pale oak with a boucle chair, in living rooms, bedrooms and studies.

Our heritage
Three generations of craft
Our family has made rugs in Bhadohi, the heart of India's carpet-making country, for three generations. The skills passed from grandfather to father to son are the same ones in every Taana rug today.
Every piece is made by hand: sculpted with a tufting gun, tied knot by knot on the loom, or hand-woven into a thick chunky weave. No two are ever exactly alike.
